Nice, modern hotel, rooms big enough, nice shower. Convenient restaurant and bar inhouse. Friendly and helpful staff. Not all of them speak English, also not in the restaurant, but we managed.

Location is good, lobby is nice (always AC too cold) not comfortable to work on computer from common areas (lobby), very stylish hall with low chairs and sofas; very good breakfast

The hotel is a quiet oasis in the middle of downtown Ciudad del Este. The public spaces and the room were spotless and very comfortable. The 8th Floor terrace was wonderful.

An elegant and clean hotel with spacious rooms. The Hotel bar and restaurant serve good food. Located in a quiet alley in a chaotic city.

I arrived in the evening to go to Iguazu Falls, slept, and left after breakfast. The room was a bit small but clean, had wooden floors and a great bathroom. Also, I really liked the breakfast.

This was a good hotel in a good location with very helpful staff and a superb breakfast. I would certainly stay there again.

The breakfast was the best I have had in Paraguay so far. A very broad selection and of high quality. Staff was very professional and fast unlike most other hotels in Paraguay where staff has a much more relaxed approach to customer service. Always smiling and polite. The staff I interacted with spoke excellent English. The hotel is brand new, in a brand new building with very high quality materials. Same 4 star quality that you would expect in Europe, the USA or Asia.
